Donald W. "Donnie" Calaway, age 55, of Cuyahoga Falls, passed away unexpectedly on August 16, 2025 at Western Reserve Hospital.
He was born on August 4, 1970 to Donald T. and Eileen Calaway in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio.
On September 10, 1994, he married Alicia Calaway (Hayes). Donnie and Alicia lived in the Cuyahoga Falls area for over 30 years together.
He was a proud member of Tallmadge Christian Fellowship.
Donnie is survived by his loving wife, Alicia; daughter, Lauren; parents, Don T. and Eileen; sister, Sharon (Eric) Noel; sister-in-law, Sharron (Greg) Hodsden; nephews and nieces, Scott and Matt (Ashli) Noel and Rachel, Zachary and Jessica Hodsden; great-niece, Calla Noel; as well as many family friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents and his mother and father-in-law.
Family and friends are invited to visit at Newcomer Funeral Home (131 N Canton Rd, Akron, OH 44305) on Monday, August 25, 2025 from 5pm until 7pm. His Funeral Service will be held the following day on Tuesday, August 26, 2025 at 11am.
