Don was loved by many. We had the privilege of knowing him and his wife since we have been open. We got to know them and talk with Don on a regular basis. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family. Sincerely, Small Town Pharmacy 2 Staff

Don became a good friend while living at the 501 at Mattison Estate. He was very glad to have spent his last steel industry days with Lukens Steel and felt that they had treated him a lot better in retirement financially than Alan Wood Steel, the predecessor company. He very generously shared several of his Lukens Steel memorabilia items with me, along with his good-hearted company. I hope he didn't suffer too much during his final days on Earth but I know he is very glad to be able to rejoin his late wife whom he visited frequently at George Washington Park.
