Donald David Collins, age 82, of Lancaster, Ohio, passed away November 14, 2025, at The Pickering House, Lancaster, Ohio.
Donald was born May 17, 1943, in Buffalo, New York to Donald Collins and Dorothy Smith Collins. He graduated from Bungard Vocational High School in Buffalo New York; served in the United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam War; was a helicopter mechanic in the Marine Corps; awarded the Air Medal by the President; formerly worked at Kodak in Rochester, NY; retired from Kenworth in Chillicothe; and loved building street rods and woodworking.
Surviving are his wife of 32 years, Serena Collins; niece, Kelly Collins of Florida; and several nieces, nephews and friends.
Donald was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Terry Collins.
Graveside services with the Hocking County Honor Guard will be held at 2 pm Saturday, November 22, 2025, at Grandview Cemetery in Bremen, Ohio.
Arrangements are by the Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home in Logan, Ohio.
