Born on January 4, 1943, in Fitzgerald, Georgia, Don embodied the values of hard work and dedication throughout his life. He found joy in spending time with his family and had a particular fondness for enjoying delicious fish meals together. Donald's memory will forever live on through the cherished moments he shared with his loved ones.

In addition to his successful career as the owner and driver of McDuffie Trucking Company, Don was also a talented cabinet builder. His craftsmanship was unparalleled, and his attention to detail could be seen in every piece he created. He is survived by his loving wife of forty-six years, Patricia "Pat" Namanny McDuffie of Tifton; their children Donald Malcolm and Sulastri Weeks of Jacksonville, FL., Donald Malcolm and Holly McDuffie Jr., of Chula, Donald Lee and Misty McDuffie of Tifton; eight grandchildren: Brandon Weeks, Kayla Sprague, Carol Weeks, Sophia Weeks, Jason Weeks, Will Luke, Gavin McDuffie, Chloe McDuffie; one great-grandson. Don also leaves behind his brother and sister-in-law, Troy and Mary McDuffie of Fitzgerald.

Don was preceded in death by his father, Henry McDuffie, his mother, Lucille Stubbs McDuffie, and his sister Betty Sprayberry.
