Donald “Donnie” T. Monroe, III, age 55, of Upper Sandusky, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, January 1, 2026 at the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, Columbus, Ohio
Donnie was born on April 21, 1970 in Upper Sandusky, to Donald T. II, and Jean (Marshall) Monroe, both of whom are deceased.
He is survived by his brothers, Michael Monroe of Findlay, and Dennis Monroe of Carey, along with his nieces and nephews.
Donnie attended Upper Sandusky High School and went on to work at various manufacturing companies in Upper Sandusky, including the former Blackhawk and Kasai.
For hobbies he enjoyed playing the Lotto, and watching NASCAR, and following the Buckeyes and Browns.
Services for Donald “Donnie” T. Monroe III will be private.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to Lucas Batton Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses, and can be sent to Lucas Batton, 476 S. Sandusky Ave., Upper Sandusky, OH 43351.
