Donald Ellwanger Obituary

Donald Dwayne Ellwanger was born on January 20, 1965 in Jefferson, Iowa to Raymond and Gladys (Manke) Ellwanger. They later moved to Fort Dodge and earned his GED from Fort Dodge High School.
One of Don's passions was auto restoration. He was very proud of his Chevy Corvette and motorcycle that he had rebuilt and won first place in a car show. He also enjoyed working on carpentry.
Don is survived by his sister; Nancy (Duane) Ebrecht of Ellsworth, several nieces and nephews from the areas of Ellsworth, Mason City, Boone, Iowa, step mother; Bernice Snyder of Clear Lake, IA and cousins in Stuart and Ogden, IA. He was preceded in death by his parents Raymond Ellwanger and Gladys Snider, step father; Melvin Snider, siblings; Beverly Mason, Randy Ellwanger, Scott Ellwanger and numerous aunts and uncles.

I'll will always remember all the times you were there for me. When you allowed me to stay off and on for a week. Watching videos and laughing at your dog who was doing funny things. You were an amazing uncle and you will be missed. I wish my kids could of met you. Rest in peace and fly high. We will always love you.
