Donald Ray Hague, 67, of Newtown, Missouri, passed away on Thursday, December 18, 2025 at his home. He was born on November 8, 1958 in Trenton, Missouri to Wilbur Dale and Shirley Marie (Dean) Hague. He grew up and lived his entire life in the rural Newtown area. He graduated from Newtown-Harris High School in 1977. He was a member of the Newtown Baptist Church and later the Princeton Baptist Church and was baptized in the Thompson River in Trenton by his Uncle Ed Hague.

Donald enjoyed playing the bass fiddle and listening to Bluegrass music. He was always there to help his family farm through the years and was an avid gardener himself.

Donald was preceded in death by his parents, Wilbur and Shirley Hague; nephew, Jeffrey Hague; and great niece, Lexi Boone.

He is survived by his brothers, Keith Hague and wife Kelly of Newtown, MO and Dean Hague and wife Linda of Newtown, MO; nieces and nephew, Jason Hague and wife Lindsey of Pollock, MO, Krista Hague of Newtown, MO, Angela Boone and husband Justin of Stanberry, MO, and Amanda Hague of Newtown, MO; great nephews, Marshall, Brayden, Riley, and Colt; aunts, Mary Lou Polley and Mary Wallace; uncles, Jack Hague and Jim Hague; and many cousins.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, December 26, 2025 at the Half Rock Cemetery in Harris, Missouri. Memorials and contributions are suggested to the Half Rock Cemetery. Online condolences can be left at www.robersonfuneralhome.com.
