Donald F. Harris

Donald F. Harris left this world on March 4, 2026 to reunite with his loving wife of 65 years. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary L. (Conkle) Harris, daughter Cheryl L. Engler, son in laws Charles L. McCune, Mark A. Boyd, Parents, Frank and Francis Harris and 4 siblings, Daryl, Robert, Erma and Dolly.

He is survived by his daughter Denise L. McCune of Massillon, Michele H. Dawson (Bill) of Lawrenceville, Georgia, son Michael B. Harris (Susan) of Dennison, granddaughters Jana L LoCoco (Joe), Jennifer L. Budner (A.J.), grandsons Jericho H. McCune, Michael B. Harris, Matthew D. Bullock (Ryan) along with several great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other family members.

Don retired as building inspector for Massillon. Over the years Don was a member of various organizations, Faith Lutheran Church, Scout Master for boy scouts and a proud military veteran of the United States Marine Corps. Don loved fishing, hunting, camping and family vacations. He will be dearly missed by family and friends.

Visitation will be held on Monday, March 16, 2026 from 12:00pm to 1:00pm at Paquelet Funeral Home. A funeral service will begin at 1:00pm, with burial to follow at Brookfield Cemetery.
