Donald E. "Don" Henderson, age 91, of Plainfield, formerly of Noblesville, passed away on March 13, 2023 in his residence. He was born in St. Joseph County, Indiana to Claude and Velma Ratliff Henderson. He married Wanda Vaughn on March 26, 1960; she survives. Don was an US Army Veteran. He worked as a mechanic for Palmer Dodge for 41 years retiring in 1996. Services will be held on Thursday, March 16, 2023 at 1 p.m. in Hall-Baker Funeral Home, Plainfield with Rev. Roger Foggin officiating. Graveside services will be held following the service in Crownland Cemetery in Noblesville, Indiana. Visitation will be held in the funeral from 11 a.m. until services at 1 p.m. Survivors include his wife, Wanda Henderson. Son: Chris Henderson (Teresa Henderson M.D.). Sisters: Marie Spadorcai and Joy Frailey (Drew). Brothers: Raymond Henderson (Alice) and Robin Henderson (Margot). Granddaughter: Marilyn Henderson. He was preceded in death by two Brothers: Bobby and Kenneth Henderson. Memorial contributions can be made to the Hendricks County Humane Society 3033 East Main Street Danville, Indiana 46122.
