Tuggar was an honest kind gentle man who deeply loved his kids, grandkids and his whole family. He wanted the best for all of them a true family man and a true loyal friend.
He always found time to help people he will be missed by all.
Tuggar was an encyclopedia of knowledge and always shared his wisdom when needed
I am grateful. I have good memories with Tuggar that I will hold close to my heart.
