To the Kaiser family ,
Words cannot express how sad I am to hear of Tuggar´s passing. I worked with him for many years and he was the kindest gentleman I ever knew. He was a good man and excellent father. He will be missed by everyone he knew. May he rest in peace, he will always remain in my heart. God Bless.
