Don was by the very definition a family man. He and his beautiful wife raised four great kids and Don was a terrific father. He worked on many volunteer activities around the town and he was extremely generous with his time. All who knew him were the better for it. Rest in peace knowing you added to the wood pile of life.

Don, (Link) as we all called him was a great classmate, class of 1964, at Acton Boxborough Regional H.S. Had the great pleasure to play Soccer, Basketball and Track with him. He captained the track team in our senior year. Upon return from one of his first sea trips, he pulled into our yard with a brand new Jaguar XKE and let me take for a spin. Don also drove my future wife to our wedding, have a picture around somewhere. Spent a lot of time at the Lindquist home, swimming in the pool, always looking out for their dog who liked to go after you. The basketball court also got lots of time.
