Donald J. Rodenbaugh, 80, of Sharon passed away Friday afternoon, July 11, 2025, in UPMC Mercy Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA. Mr. Rodenbaugh was born January 1, 1945, a twin son of Robert and Mildred (Koerber) Rodenbaugh, and graduated from Brookfield High School. A proud veteran, Don served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam Era. For many years, Don owned and operated the Office Bar in Sharon. He later worked as a security guard at Sharon Regional Hospital and served as a Pennsylvania State Constable. Don was of the Christian faith. He adored his Great Pyrenees, Little Bear, and brought her everywhere he went. Don is survived by his granddaughter, Samantha Stull, of Sharon; a son-in-law, John Gallicchio, of Farrell; two brothers, William Rodenbaugh (Helen), of Brookfield, and Robert Rodenbaugh (Stephanie), of West Middlesex; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Don was preceded in death by his son, Keith Lovelace; his daughter, Alicia Gallicchio; his twin brother, Ronald Rodenbaugh; and a sister, Beverly Mihal. Calling hours will be 2 to 4 p.m. on Monday (7-21-25) in J. Bradley McGonigle Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 1090 E. State St., Sharon. Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.McGonigleFuneralHomeandCrematory.com. Military honors will be rendered at 4 p.m. by the Wheatland AL and West Middlesex VFW Honor Guard, followed by a time of sharing and reflection from family and friends. Interment: Hillcrest Memorial Park, Hermitage.
