Donald Rodig, of Westfield, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully at Lily Meadows on January 5, 2026 at the age of 88.
Born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 1937, Don enlisted in the US Air Force in 1954 at the age of 17. After serving 4 years in the Air Force, Don worked for Kohls Food Store as a butcher and meat department manager until 1980 when he moved to Westfield to work in the meat department at Alexander’s Grocery Store. He retired in 1999.
He is survived by his wife, Susan; children, Deborah Deglow and Douglas (Cyndi) Stauss; grandchildren, Aaron (Moriah), Matthew (Amanda) and Nathan Stauss and Jacob Deglow; and 2 great grandsons; and one brother, Robert Rodig. He is preceeded in death by his parents, Ervin and Martha Rodig and five brothers and one sister.
As per Don’s wish, there will be no funeral service.
