Donald Scanlon Obituary
Donald served in the US Army during WWII. When he came home from the service he started his lifelong career working on the Conrail Railroads. He rarely missed the Price is Right and loved watching the Pittsburgh Pirates. He was a regular member of Sacred Heart Church in Shadyside.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 18, 2025 from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm at the D'Alessandro Funeral Home & Crematory Ltd; 4522 Butler Street Pittsburgh, PA, 15201 (Lawrenceville). Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, December 19, 2025 at St. Jude’s Parish, Sacred Heart Church in Shadyside. Everyone is to meet at church. His burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery with Military Honors.
