A son of the late Judson Coleman and Eloise Lott Taylor, he was born November 4, 1952, in Houston, Texas. He retired from Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration with 35 years of service. He enjoyed playing golf, traveling, his grandchildren, loved Texas Longhorn Football, all sports and watching Fox News. He was preceded in death by a brother Chauncey Taylor.
Survivors include his wife Cathy Gibson Taylor of the home, children, Ashley (Jenn) Taylor- Liberty Hill, Texas, Geoffrey( Jillian) Taylor, Georgetown, Kentucky, Justin (Barbara) Fascilla, Hoschton, Georgia, Brandon(Mandy) Fascilla, Winder, Georgia and Ashley(Charlie) Brower, Manor, Texas; ten grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Kitrick Hanojosa, Cindy Blakely, Judson Taylor, Windy Miller, John Taylor; and a number of nieces and nephews
Memorial service will be held at a later date.
Acree-Davis Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of the arrangements for Mr. Donald Taylor.
