Donald Witt Obituary
Don farmed with Bob Jonas before he worked at the Hatchery in Ellsworth. He later moved to Sherburne and Fairmont. He became a resident of the Shores of Worthington in 2024.
He was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Ellsworth; and the Knights of Columbus. He enjoyed watching the Minnesota Vikings and Twins.
Don is survived by his sister, Joan McNamara, Hartford, SD; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and three sisters, Marian Witt, Margaret Jonas and Jean Fischer.
A Memorial Mass will be 11 am Monday, January 12 at St. Catherine Catholic Church, in Luverne, officiated by Fr. John Fischer. A time of fellowship will be one hour prior to the service at the church on Monday. Burial will be in the St. Mary Cemetery in Ellsworth.
Dingmann Funeral Home & Cremation Services, in Luverne, is in charge of arrangements.
