Donna Balaski Obituary
A memorial service will be held at a later date. A private family burial will take place where she will be laid to rest with her mom and dad at Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery in Flensburg, MN. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to the American Cancer Society or the National Alliance on Mental Illness Minnesota. Caring for Donna and her family is the LeMieur Funeral Home in Little Falls, MN.
Donna Marie Czech was born on January 6, 1956, to the late Frank and Eleanore (Huschka) Czech in Little Falls, MN. She attended Little Falls Community Schools, and then went to college at the University of Minnesota - Crookston, and Alexandria Technology and Community College. Donna enjoyed chocolate, ice cream, and dancing. She could often be found volunteering at the Pioneer Place and the Paramount in St. Cloud, MN. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Donna is survived by her daughter, Rebecca Balaski of Sartell, MN; grandsons, Dylan Balaski of Otsego, MN and Reese Balaski of Sartell, MN; brothers, David F. Czech of Flensburg, MN, John (Alicia) Czech of Flensburg, MN, and Christopher Czech of Royalton, MN; sister, Darla (Todd) TeVogt of Minnetonka, MN; step-mom, Mila Czech of Royalton, MN; goddaughters and nieces, Ashley (Andrew) Erickson of Chaska, MN, Mya Czech of Flensburg, MN, Amber Brumbaugh of Carver, MN, Emma TeVogt of Minnetonka, MN, and Adalyn Czech of Flensburg, MN; nephews, Ethan TeVogt of Minnetonka, MN, Elijah, Alexander, and Benjamin Czech, all of Flensburg, MN; great-niece, Michaela Erickson of Chaska, MN; great-nephews, Ian Erickson of Chaska, MN, Easton and Kayson Brumbaugh of Carver, MN.
Donna was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Eleanore; and grandparents, Andrew and Anna Huschka and John and Victoria Czech.

Donna was my supervisor at the Monticello hospital, I had a lot of respect for her and she became a very special friend after she left. So sorry to hear about her passing, I was when I saw her obituary. I know red was her favorite color and she embraced and celebrated her birthday all MONTH! Rest in peace my dear friend
