Donna Dione Bigley was born October 7, 1968 at Desert Hospital in Palm Springs, CA.She passed on November 27, 2025 at her home with family by her side.She was a resident of Banning and had previously lived in Palm Springs, San Diego and Thousand Palms.
Donna had a Bachelor of Arts Degree from University of California San Diego and worked as an Analyst at Scripps Institute. She worked at Yaamava Casino and as a Caregiver when she passed.
Donna was a creative artist, dedicated employee, and a spiritual, caring person. She received numerous art and employee awards, and briefly had her student painting hanging in the White House. Donna was a member of the Living Word Church and enjoyed learning to play the guitar and going fishing. She is survived by brothers Brad Bigley of Banning, CA. Steven Bigley and sister in-law Nancy Bigley of Palm Springs, CA. Her fiance Tim Allen of Banning, CA and his mother Sally Allen and step-father Mike Meyer of Palm Desert, CA. She was preceded by her parents Gloria Avon and James Floyd Bigley of Palm Springs, CA. Memorial contributions to be made to Missionaries Answering The Call of Cabazon, CA.
