Donna Jean Cinel, 64, of Cherokee Village passed away Mar. 21, 2025 in Batesville. She was born Mar. 12, 1961 in Evanston, IL to Salvador Thomas Garcia and Carol Marie Swift.
She was a volunteer educator at Brookfield Zoo in Chicago, IL. She enjoyed NASCAR, music, and traveling.
Arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.
A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, May 31, 2025, 1:00 P.M. in Sidney, AR.
