Donna Marie Fefolt, age 69, of McMurray, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loved ones on Thursday, August 3, 2023. Born on December 20, 1953 in Pittsburgh, PA she is the daughter of the late Leonard and Dorothy "MiMi" Kaczmarski. Donna was a graduate of South Side Catholic High school. She is survived by her loving husband of 46 years, Ken Fefolt; her two daughters, Andrea DeFail (Kevin Mikolajczak) and Lindsay (Jeff) Tihey; cherished "DiDi" to her four grandchildren, Claire and Leo DeFail and Knox and Samuel Tihey; as well as her loving sister Carol Teschke. Bonus grandma to Alexandra and Emily Mikolajczak. Also survived by her nephew and niece, Jeff Teschke and Kimberly Banerjee and their families and many long-time friends and extended family who will all miss her dearly. Donna lived life to the fullest with her love of traveling, concerts, happy hours, wine nights and was happiest when surrounded by her family. Her greatest joy was watching her grandchildren playing sports, dancing in recitals and their other activities. They will cherish the many memories of their DiDi and she will forever be in their hearts. She was strong in her Roman Catholic faith and volunteered her time as a Eucharistic Minister at St. John XXIII Parish.
Friends will be received on Thursday, August 10th from 2-4pm and 6-8pm at Pittsburgh Cremation and Funeral Care, 3287 Washington Rd, McMurray PA 15317. Mass of Christian burial will take place on Friday, August 11th at 10:00am at St Benedict the Abbot Church, 120 Abington Dr. McMurray PA 15317. A private interment will be held at a later date at The National Cemetery of the Alleghenies. If desired, her family suggests contributions to St Johh XXIII Parish.
