Donna Lee Hood peacefully passed away at her home in Deland, Florida on October 2, 2025 after a short battle with cancer. Born October 18, 1947 in New Jersey. Donna was a lifelong resident of Deland, Florida retiring after 30 years with the state, as a School Food Service employee. Preceded in death by her adoptive parents Arthur H. and Margaret L. Stolba (2005 and 2002) respectively, and her husband of 44 years Jack L. Hood (2021) all of Deland Florida. She is survived by her three daughters Pattie Guess, Charlotte Horton (Mike), and April Strunks (Dan), as well as two step-children; Becky Ellis and Tom Hood, plus numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
