Born Feb. 23, 1950 in Phillipsburg, she was the daughter of the late Josephine K. and Leonard A. Kasubick.

She was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church, Houtzdale, and of the Holy Rosary Society. She was a faithful prayer of the rosaries and prayed for each family member. She had an enormous love for family.

Donna enjoyed bowling, winning several tournament trophies at the Clarion Region tournament for the handicapped. She also enjoyed word search puzzles, playing 500 rummy, helping her brother Jim cook, board games, but her passion was cross stitch embroidery. She also had a love for country music with Alan Jackson and Dwight Yoakam as two of her favorites.

She is survived by brothers, Lenny (Nancy) of Indiana, brother and caregiver Jim of Houtzdale; niece, Katie (Chris) Tobey and their children, Mara, Simon, and Isaac of Charlottesville, Va.; nephew, Lucas (Sara) Kasubick and their children, Wyatt and Everett of Stevens City, Va.

Donna was preceded in death by her parents and a nephew "Little" Lenny.

At Donna's request, there will be no public visitation.
