Donna Marie Krupnick

With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Donna Marie (Deisenroth) Krupnick, 79, a loving wife, devoted mother, adored grandmother and native longtime resident of Rochester, New York, on July 17, 2022, in Virginia Beach, Virginia, with her family by her side.
Born to the late Edward Deisenroth and Frances Gleichoff Deisenroth on July 15, 1943, in Rochester, Donna was a graduate of Saint Agnes High School in 1961. She married her best friend and high school love, Frederick Stephen Krupnick, in 1965. They lived in Webster, New York for more than three decades before relocating to Sykesville, Maryland in 2001.
Donna is survived by her beloved husband; brother Kenneth Deisenroth of Rochester; daughter Tracy Urquiaga of Greenwich, Connecticut (Carlos); daughter Stephanie Schnittger of Virginia Beach, Virginia (David); son Matthew Krupnick of Cincinnati, Ohio (Marcie); and 10 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by son Eric Krupnick, who passed away in January 2022, and her sisters Dolores and Diane.
Donna was strong, fierce and above all, a fun-loving family person. She treasured her children and embraced every moment with her grandchildren in her cherished role as "Nonna." She was happiest seeing her grandchildren grow and participating in all their milestones from birth to graduation. Donna's outstanding decoration eye not only created beautiful and warm ambiences in her house but also helped to embellish her children houses over the years. While raising a family, Donna worked for many years as a successful real estate agent in the Rochester community and an active participant in parish life at the Church of the Holy Spirit in Webster, NY. She was immensely proud of her family and deeply committed to her Catholic faith, remaining close to both through the final moments of her earthly life.
Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 6 Empire Blvd., Rochester, NY 14609, on Monday, July 25, 2022, from 4pm-7pm. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at the Church of the Holy Spirit, 1355 Hatch Rd, Webster, NY 14580, on Tuesday, July 26, 2022 at 11am. Burial will be held at White Haven Memorial Park, Pittsford, NY.
