Donna Faye Maffitt, 82, went home to be with Lord on February 28th at Village Care Center, Maryville, MO, following a lengthy illness.
She was born on July 3, 1942, to Donald and Irene Maffitt of Graham, MO, who have preceded her in death. She is also preceded in death by a sister, Vivian Bickerstaff, a brother C.C. Maffitt, two nieces, Patricia Bickerstaff and Sherri Laney.
Survivors include a sister, Pam (Dave) Sorensen, Camden Point, MO, a niece, Lori (Keith) Speers, KS, and a nephew, Bruce (Alyssa) Bickerstaff, TN, along with several great nieces and nephews.
Donna had lived in Spain, briefly, at the beginning of her adult life and worked in the banking industry in several states until she returned to Missouri at her retirement. She was an avid reader, especially of religious books. She attended church and was a member of the Maitland Christian Church.
Per Donna's wishes there will be a graveside service Saturday March 8, 2025 at 11:00 am at Prairie Home Cemetery in Graham, MO.
Arrangements are under the direction of Bram Funeral Home, Maryville, MO.
