Donna Marquez, 78, a resident of Forty Fort, passed away surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday afternoon, January 27, 2026, at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center, Plains Township.

Her loving husband is Ray Marquez Jr. with whom Donna celebrated their 51 st wedding anniversary on January 24 th.

Born on January 24, 1948, in Taylor, Donna was one of two children born to the late James Vincent Marino and Helen Cossman Marino.

Raised in Duryea, Donna was a graduate of the former Northeast High School, Duryea.

A homemaker most of her life, Donna lovingly tended to the daily needs of her family. She found great joy in cooking for her family; keeping a meticulously clean home; and decorating the inside and outside of her home for every holiday.

Donna will be remembered as a spiritual woman with a tremendous love for God and her family. Her grandchildren were the light of her life, never missing any of their events and reveling in each of their accomplishments. The beautiful legacy of love she leaves behind will be cherished in the hearts of her loved ones.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Ray, and their three children, Noelle Vaughn and her husband, Roy, Bear Creek; Curt Marquez and his significant other, Kimberly Godino, Forty Fort; and Andrea Marquez, Forty Fort; five grandchildren, Royce Vaughn and his wife, Dana; Olivia Marquez; Catalia Marquez; Alex Marquez; and Gavin Alvaro; one great-grandchild, Madison Vaughn; her brother, James Marino and his wife, Kathy, Duryea; as well as her nieces, nephews, and friends.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a memorial visitation which will be held on Sunday, February 01, 2026, from 3:00 to 5:00 PM at the Wroblewski Funeral Home, Inc., 1442 Wyoming Avenue, Forty Fort.
