DONNA MCCALL

Westminster – Donna Kay Canupp McCall, 63, loving wife of Frank Brown, passed away on Saturday, March 28, 2026, at Prisma Health Oconee Memorial Hospital.

Born on May 27, 1962, in Oconee County, South Carolina, Donna was the daughter of the late Clifford and Edna Owens Canupp. Donna dedicated much of her life to hard work and caring for others. She was employed in the textile industry and later worked as a waitress and cook at the Westminster Motel Restaurant and Dairy Queen, where she enjoyed serving her community. In her later years, she worked as an adult care sitter, providing comfort and companionship to those in need. In her free time, Donna found joy in crocheting, a hobby that reflected her patience, creativity, and love for making things by hand.

Donna is survived by her husband, Frank Brown; brother, Harold Canupp; sister, Janet Kelly (Tony); special aunt, Nancy Baker; niece, Michelle Wood; nephew, Jessie Blackwell; 1 great nephew; and 4 great nieces.

Donna is preceded in death by her first husband, Erbie McCall, and her parents.

A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 pm, Thursday, April 2, 2026, at Sandifer Funeral Home Chapel, with burial to follow at Bethlehem Baptist Church. The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm, prior to the service at Sandifer Funeral Home.
