We met Donna and Cap back in the 80's when we lived on April Drive in Majors' Addition. We used to lift our little boy James over the fence and he would play in the pool with Donna, giggling away the afternoons. Better neighbors we couldn't have asked for. Our deepest sympathy to her family.

I met Donna back in the 1980's when she re-published "The Union Labor Record" after Neal Moore retired. She was a Democrat and strong labor supporter.....

Mrs. McQuay really seemed like an exceptional human being and we are saddened she lost her life to death. Whilst reading over her obituary, I am reminded of the words of Jesus when he said that the second greatest commandment is, "You must love your neighbor as yourself." Surely Mrs. McQuay lived those words. Now as she rests and as you continue to keep her memory alive, please accept our deepest condolences during your time of mourning. - the brennans (JW. Org)
