Donna was born in Springfield, Illinois on April 14, 1952.
Donna married Jerry Millis Sr. on September 27, 1968.
Donna was known for winning competitions for her designs of many floral arrangements and volunteering at the UFCW99 Shop Steward. Donna also loved anything outdoors, hiking, sightseeing, whale watching, antiquing, and spending time with her grandkids and great grandkids.
Donna is survived by (Husband) Jerry Millis Sr., (Daughter) Penny/Troy Peters, (Son) Jerry Millis Jr./Alicia Sandavol, (Grandchildren): Brandon Millis/Jessica Watt, Daniel Allen, John/Chasitey Peters, Alex Millis, Ari/Mark Ikemeier, Brent Cator, Sasha/Chris Valliere, Jerrick Millis, (Great Grandchildren): Lucas Peters, Wyatt Millis, Addi Richards, Reid Millis, Christopher Valliere, Zaydyn Valliere, (Brothers): LeRoy Flowers Jr., Bob/Marie Flowers, Kenny Flowers, Mike Flowers, (Sisters): Sandy Adamchak, Kathy/Brian Defenbaugh, and Vickie/Jack Sanders.
Donna is predeceased by her father, LeRoy Flowers Sr.
