Donna L. Neeley

NEELEY, Donna – of Montrose, formerly of Clio, age 68, died Sunday, November 30, 2025, at her residence surrounded by the love of her family. Honoring her wishes, cremation will take place. A memorial service will be held at 1PM on Friday, December 5, 2025, at the O'Guinn Family Funeral Home in Montrose. Pastor Wally Rose officiating. The family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Friday from 11AM until the time of service at 1PM, and visitation will continue from 3PM until 8PM Friday evening following the service. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make memorial contributions to the Rogel Cancer Center at University of Michigan.
Donna was born May 25, 1957, in Deckerville, to Harley and Doris (Rosbury) Wismer. She graduated from Clio High School with the class of 1975 and proudly worked at Simms Chevrolet for several years and Family Service Agency until her retirement in 2019. On May 14, 1977, she married the love of her life and best friend, Kenneth Neeley, and together they shared 48 years of marriage. Ken preceded her in death on June 26, 2025. Donna enjoyed keeping her hands busy with scrapbooking, traveling, reading, motorcycle rides, and she loved listening to music and attending concerts. Her greatest joy, however, was spending time with family – especially her children and grandchildren.
Donna is forever loved by: Daughters: Laura (Stephen) Cole and Katrina (Matthew) Foltz; Grandchildren: Harley, Allison, and Colton; Mother, Doris Wismer; Siblings: Debbie (Roy) Crites, David (Kim) Wismer, and Daniel (Travis) Wismer; Lifelong Best Friend, Sue (Terry) McIntosh; In-laws: Barbara Rose (Harry) Thompson, Loretta (Clinton) Stowers, Charles (Laurie) Neeley, Sandy CoyKendall, Linda Neeley, Bill Barclay, Walt Saxton, and Greg Brown; Several nieces, nephews, extended family, and wonderful friends. Donna was preceded in death by: Beloved husband, Kenneth Neeley; Father, Harley Wismer; Sister, Diane Brown.
