BOWLING GREEN -- Donna Jean Otley entered eternal rest on December 9, 2023 at the Hospice Center of Northwest Ohio in Sylvania, Ohio. Donna was born June 10, 1926 to Kenneth & Laura Chamberlain of Rudolph, Ohio and was fostered at age 6 by William and Cindy Bowerman in Bowling Green, Ohio.
She graduated from Bowling Green High School in 1944, completed her nurses training in 1947 and worked most of her career at the BGSU Student Health Center retiring in 1986. She married Richard "Dick" Allen Otley (deceased) on December 7, 1946 and they were married for 73 years.
Donna is survived by her children Dick (Nancy) of Bowling Green, Tom (Terry) of Bowling Green and Jill Pixley (Cash) of Fostoria and was preceded in death by one child, Jack (Robin). Donna is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and was preceded in death by one great grandchild.
A private graveside service will be held for the family at a later date. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Dunn Funeral Home in Bowling Green
