Biography:

Donna Jean Rancourt 63, of Bowdoin and Brunswick passed away peacefully at CMMC after several years on dialysis. Donna was born in Chelsea, MA to Roger and Arleen Rancourt. After living in Massachusetts, DC, Florida and Virginia her parents settled in Brunswick, Maine. She graduated from Brunswick High school in 1980. After a quick stint in the army, Donna returned to Brunswick. She had her first son, Christopher in 1984. Donna got married in 1986. She had her second son James (Jay) in 1987. Donna's various jobs included decommissioning Maine Yankee and L.L. Bean. Donna enjoyed gardening and sewing. She worked on several quilts with her mom, Arleen, before her passing in 2017.
Donna is survived by her sons; Christopher of Bath, and James of Eliot and her father, Roger of Brunswick. Her sisters; Beth Fager and her husband Kent of Lunenburg, Massachusetts, Cindy Rancourt and her husband Robert (Bob) of Bowdoin. Grandchildren Alana, Adriana and Jerimiah. Nieces and Nephews Courtney, Jacob and Jessica.
The family would like to invite you to her funeral mass on Thursday, May 28, 2026, at St. Charles Borromeo Church, McKeen Street, Brunswick with burial to follow at St. John the Baptist Cemetery. In lieu of flowers make a contribution to the American Kidney Foundation.
