Donna Ritch

Donna Marie (Stillwell) Ritch, passed away on June 30, 2024, at the age of 78, in Fort Collins, CO. She was born on September 2, 1945, in Garden City, Kansas.
Donna is survived by her daughters, Stefanie (Bret) and Amy (Mike), and two grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, T.H. 'Sherm' and Gladys (Gooden) Stillwell, brother Maynard Stillwell, sisters Juanita (Earnest) Kells, Anna Mae (Duane) Staley, Laura Grace (Al) Meier, Frances (Tom) Norris and two infant brothers Charles and Donnie Stillwell.
Donna started her career at Mountain Bell as a switchboard operator and remained with the telephone company through many mergers, ultimately retiring from U.S. West. She spent many years pursuing genealogy which also fulfilled her love of travel. She was an avid researcher and would plan out each site she would visit and what she would hope to discover there. She enjoyed spending time outside in her yard and chatting with friends. She relied on her faith and love of Jesus and her sense of humor to navigate life. She was diagnosed with dementia and lived out her last years at Brookdale in Fort Collins.
