Donna Sarver-Pickel Obituary
Beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, Donna Sue Sarver-Pickel (61) of Plainfield, Indiana passed peacefully in her sleep on November 11, 2024. Donna was born on July 11, 1963, in Indianapolis, Indiana to her mother, Janice (Parmerlee) Sloan (80), and her father, Donald Sloan, who proceeded her in death.
Donna worked as an office manager for many years before settling in and becoming a homemaker, but she was a dedicated wife and mother first and foremost. She cherished every moment spent with her family, and she especially loved being a Mamaw. She enjoyed fishing, camping, casino trips, and spending time with her beloved grand babies, Aubrhi Schauf (11) and Finnley O’Riley (6).
Donna was the heart of her home and family. She is survived by her husband and soulmate of 37 years, Kevin Pickel, their children, Candice Sarver (Michael O’Riley), Brhiannon (Stephan) Schauf, and Ashley Pickel, her mother Janice (Parmerlee) Sloan, her sister Lisa (Paul and Cari) Hunt, and a host of extended family and friends.
