Donna Smith Obituary
A native of Cecil, Maryland, daughter of the late William Marvin and Sarah Elizabeth Gosnell Smith.
Surviving are two sisters, Barbara Black and Lisa Arrowood.
Ms. Smith was predeceased by a brother, Wayne Marvin Smith and two sisters, Dorrie Elizabeth Garber and Nancy Jean Smith.
The family will be at their respective homes.
Memorials may be made to, National Federation of the Blind of South Carolina Federation Center of the Blind, 119 South Kilbourne Road, Columbia, South Carolina 29205.

I came to know Donna when I delivered Meals On Wheels to her the past four years. In spite of her visual impairment, she was always up-to-date on the weather and the news. And kept up with her family events. She loved hearing about the children and the pets. She was loved by all.
