Donna Elaine Spade, 67, passed away peacefully on May 30, 2025, in Murray, Utah. She was born on January 20, 1958, in Tempe, Arizona, to Bill and Hella Everett. On August 18, 1980, she married the love of her life, Alan Lyle Spade.
Donna proudly earned her Associate of Science degree in 2018. She had a deep love for adventure, especially camping and road-tripping with Alan. In earlier years, before arthritis limited her mobility, Donna expressed her creativity through cross-stitching, adding splashes of color to items using paint, and documenting the best moments of her life with whimsical crafts.
Donna is survived by her devoted husband, Alan Spade; her sister, Christel Lofthouse; her children, Stuart, Preston, Cory, Taylor, and Tawny Spade; and her cherished grandchildren, Brinadee and Mylee Spade, and Ivy and Olive Spade-Phillips.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Hella Everett, and her sister, Monica Lappe.
Family and friends are invited to a viewing on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Memorial Redwood Mortuary, 6500 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 12, 2025, at 11:00 AM at the Highland 6th Ward Chapel, 10115 South Yorkshire Drive, South Jordan, Utah, with a viewing prior from 9:30 to 10:30 AM. Interment will follow at Memorial Redwood Cemetery.
