Donna Lee (White) Wiseheart, 81, of New Albany, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, July 27, 2024. She was an avid fan of college basketball and enjoyed reading. Donna loved spending time with her family and adored each of her grandchildren.
She was born on February 10, 1943, to Clarence and Mae (Beard) White. Along with her parents, Donna was preceded in death by her son, David Wiseheart; brother, Roy White; and sisters, Elnora Norris and Geraldine Barnes.
Donna is survived by her son, Damon Wiseheart (Michelle); grandchildren, D.J. Wiseheart (Halley Mills), Summer Bishop (Michael), Alexandria Wiseheart, Emily Wiseheart; great-grandchildren, Olivia, Bizzy, Milly; sister, Sandee Martin; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Donna's wish was to be cremated and visitation will take place from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Friday, August 2, 2024 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) with a celebration of her life taking place at 1:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to the New Albany-Floyd County Animal Rescue League (215 W. Market Street, New Albany, IN 47150).
