Donna Wright

Donna "Tootsie" Reinwald Wright, 88, of formerly of Greene Township, passed away Sunday, February 15, 2026. She was born in Erie on February 23, 1937 a daughter of the late Vern and Eleanor McCarthy Reinwald.

Donna graduated from Academy High School and was a long-time, active, member of Lamb of God Lutheran Church. She enjoyed flowers, going to Presque Isle, and baking pies. She especially loved watching her children and grandchildren at their sporting events.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 39 years, Richard Wright, Sr.; her daughter, Laurie Thompson; her son, Rick Wright, Jr.; one sister, Kathleen Czulewicz; and four brothers, Robert, Jack, Jim, and Dick Reinwald.

Survivors include two daughters, Lynne Wright (Jacquelyn) and Lisa Pusateri (Sam); her daughter in law, Staci Wright; her son in law, Norm Thompson; six grandchildren, Mark Thompson (Jess), Levi, Tory, and Macy Pusateri, and Jenna and Haylee Wright; one great grandchild, Londyn; and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services and burial were private. Funeral arrangements were made by the Russell C. Schmidt & Son Funeral Home Inc., 500 Wattsburg Rd., Erie, 16504.
