Donnie Lee Obituary
Donnie Ray Lee, age 71, passed away on Wednesday, June 26, 2024, at his residence in Humboldt, TN. To honor Donnie and his life, the family will host a Visitation on Sunday, June 30, 2024, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, at the Bells Funeral Home Chapel in Bells, TN.
Donnie was born on October 22, 1952, in Jackson, TN to Ray Benton and Mary Helen Latham Lee. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Deputy for the Crockett County Sheriff’s Department. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing, working in the yard, and running a detail shop. He loved working on anything and was a jack of all trades. He loved his family and friends, as well as his cats.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Cryer Sullivan of Humboldt, TN; two sons, Ray Alexander Lee of Jackson, TN, and Eric King of Alamo, TN; three daughters, Sonja Whittemore of Alamo, TN, Jessica Whitten of Alamo, TN, and Angelique Parker of Gadsden, TN and 12 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ray and Mary Helen Lee, and one sister, TerriAnne Tawater.
All arrangements and services are under the direction of the Lea & Simmons Funeral Home in Brownsville, TN.
