Funeral Service at First Baptist Church, Walters, OK, Thursday, April 4, 2024 at 3:00 p.m., Rev. John Carlisle officiating under the direction of Hart-Wyatt Funeral Home, Walters with burial in the Walters Cemetery.

Donnie Leon Moiser was born August 29, 1953 in Walters, OK to Leon Alvis and Jenita Fern (Stanley) Moiser and departed this life in Walters on April 1, 2024 at the age of 70 years, 7 months, and 3 days.

Donnie grew up in Walters aside from a short time spent in Texas. He attended Walters public schools and then went to work at the Walters Co-op where he was employed from 1976 to 2013.

He married Cheryl Sue Austin in 1980 and to the union 4 children, Michael, Matt, Tori, and Katie were born.
    
Donnie enjoyed riding the backroads listening to country music, drinking diet coke, taking the grandkids to school and anything else they needed, watching sports and westerns. He was a simple man that just loved spending time with his kids and grandkids.

Donnie was preceded in death by his parents Leon Moiser and Jenita Houston; and 2 brothers, Joe Moiser and Tony Moiser.

Survivors include 2 sons, Michael Moiser and Hassie of Walters, Matt Moiser and Cicely of Walters; 2 daughters, Tori Moiser and Trevor or Marlow, and Katie Moiser of Oklahoma City; the mother of his children, Cheryl Moiser; 11 grandchildren, Braden, Nate, Ryleigh, Myles, Kaelynn, Kennedy, Trenton, Harper, Maggie, Blaykli, and Bennett, 2 great-grandchildren, Malorie and Taytum; 2 brothers, Bobby Moiser of Madill, Ricky and Pam of Waurika Lake; 3 sisters, Betty Bishop, Penny Craig, and Vickie Moiser all of Waurika; other relatives and many friends.
