On the evening of Friday August 9, 2024, Dora Elia Castillo was called to her eternal rest by her lord and savior Jesus Christ surrounded by her loved ones.
Dora was born in Piedras Negras, Coahuila MX first born daughter to Adella Gonzalez and Israel Castillo.
She graduated from El Instituto Norte Americano De Ingles June 1971 as a bilingual secretary in Monclova, Coahuila.
Dora was a committed follower of Jesus Christ. She was devoted to her family her children her grandchildren and her great grandchildren whom she loved dearly.
She loved spending time with her family going out to eat trying new places or just to get out and about she also was always one who enjoyed sports like watching her favorite soccer teams play and watching the Dallas Cowboys.
A gentle women of great faith she was a member of Fuente de Vida Eterna Iglesia and member of a prayer group. Dora was a powerful prayer warrior a spiritual leader to many. She meditated on God's word daily studying the Bible. She was an incredibly strong women of God.

Children: Irene Chavez- Najarro (Luis Najarro), Mario Chavez (Mercedes Chavez), Denise Chavez, Gerardo Gallegos
Grandchildren: Ashley Salinas, Alexis Salinas, Marcus Salinas, Iden Najarro, Aiden Najarro, Mariah Chavez, Joshua Chavez, Abigail Chavez, Daniel Anton, Mario Perez, Mason Perez, Brianna Gallegos, Sophia Gallegos, Noah Gallegos, Caleb Gallegos and 3 great grandchildren.
Services:
A Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 13 from 2:00 - 7:00 P.M. at Jeter & Son Funeral Home in Dallas, Texas
The Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 14 at 10:00 A.M. at Jeter & Son Funeral Home.
