Doreen Dibble Nelsson

Doreen Nelsson, nee Dibble, of Wilbraham, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family on Friday, August 8, 2025, at home. Formerly residing in Springfield and East Longmeadow, she was predeceased by her beloved husband of 54 years Wesley Nelsson. She is survived by her six children, nine grandchildren, five great grandchildren and one sister. She was a school bus driver for many years before working as a secretary in the Springfield school system. Doreen was a member of the Wesleyan Church and had been a longtime member of the Order of the Eastern Star and Rainbow Girls. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Shriners Hospital' Hospitals for Children, 561 Carew St., Springfield, MA 01104 or to the charity of one's choice. Wilbraham Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
