Ms. Adams is survived by her brothers, Thomas "TC" Adams Jr. (Susan), James Adams Sr. (Lesa); niece, Leslie Adams Alston (Ed); and nephews, Jeffrey Adams (Erin), Andy Adams (Paula), James Adams Jr. (Alaina).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Duke Homecare and Hospice: 12 Moore Dr Suite 200, Durham, NC 27713.
