She was born on January 25, 1947 to Dorsey Nay Morrow and Betty (Atwell) Morrow in Indio, California.
She attended Indio High School in Indio, California. Doris was happily married to William Perry Been for 44 years. She was a homemaker all her life. She was a sister in Christ and a Prayer warrior for many.
She is survived by her only living son Steven D. Williams and wife Sheri of La Quinta, California. Her 3 grandchildren Christopher WIlliams, Haley Thillens and husband Justin and Edward Cordero and wife Ashley along with 6 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband William Perry Been, Son Robert Williams.
A graveside service will take place on Friday, January 5, 2024 at the Coachella Valley Cemetery at 11:30 am.
