Doris Jean Boles

Doris Jean Boles, lovingly known as Doris Boles, passed away on January 17. She was born on August 19, 1955, and lived a life defined by love for her family, quiet strength, and unwavering devotion.

Doris was preceded in death by her father, John Garrett, and her brother, Daryl Garrett, as well as her stepson, Tyler Ryan Boles.

She is survived by her beloved mother, Opal Garrett, and her devoted husband, Thomas Morgan Boles.

Doris leaves behind her cherished children: Brandy Nicole Blackburn, Missy Lynn Lucas and her husband Robin Hayes,

Brittany Marie Powell, and Jeffrey Allen Lindsey.

She was a proud and loving grandmother to Tyler Faust and his wife Hannah; Justin Eugene Meredith (Justin Meredith) and his wife Brittany; Ashley and her husband; Dylan Embry; Alexis King; Austin Lucas Sanders; Lindsay Brown; and Hunter Hayes.

Doris also leaves behind several great-grandchildren, who were a source of immense joy and pride in her life.

Those who knew Doris will remember her as a woman with a gentle heart, deep love for her family, and a presence that brought comfort to others. Her memory will live on through the family she treasured and the many lives she touched.

She will be dearly missed and forever remembered.
