Doris Brown Obituary
Doris Anne (Ault) Brown 93, died on March 7, 2022. She was born on December 4, 1928, in Alma Nebraska. She married James Dewey Brown on December 13, 1948, in Phillipsburg, Kansas. They had two children Joan D Brown (Becker) and James D Brown Jr. Doris and her family have lived in Colorado since 1961. After her husband passed in 1976, she became an employee of the US Postal Service from where she retired in 1991.
She is survived by her sister Sharon Arnold of Lanard, Kansas, her daughter Joan Becker married to Neal Becker, and son James D. Brown Jr. She had three grandchildren Nathan P Becker, married to Rebecca Becker, Jennifer L (Becker) Claus, and James Dewey Brown III, married to William J Beck Jr. She was also blessed with six great grandchildren, Laney, Teale, Hailey, Jameson, Corrigan, and Callahan. In addition, she had five great-great grandchildren, Teale Jr, Marley, Reese, Cash and Valerie.
Graveside services will be held 2:00 pm Tuesday March 15th, at Eastlawn Cemetery, 19600 E Smith Rd, Aurora, Colorado 80011.
Donations may be made to the charity of your choice, but the family recommends the Alzheimer's Association.
