Loving mother of Diane (the late Donald) Allen, James (Patty) Lelli, dear grandmother of Joseph Lelli (Cate), Meg Lelli, Patrick (Alexa) Lelli, Brandon (Tracy) Allen, and beloved great-grandmother (GG) of Nino James, Ava Doris, Molly, and Cece. She is also survived by her loving sister Rosemarie Schmidt and many nieces and nephews.
Doris spent her career as a secretary for the Redford Union School District and was loved by all the students. She was a kind, affectionate, and loving person to all who knew her.
Visitation and mass will be held at St William Catholic Church, 531 Common Street, Walled Lake, Michigan on Wednesday, December 11, 2024. Visitation 9:30-10:30, Mass 10:30.
