Doris Martinez Obituary
She was born and raised in Bridgeport, CT to Jose Dionisio Morales and Rafaela (nee: Maldonado) Morales. Doris graduated from Bullard Havens High School.
She met her husband, Rafael Martinez working at Macy's in the Trumball Mall. They married and started their family in Bridgeport, CT, later moving to Vero Beach, FL in 2009.
Doris loved being creative and was very photogenic. She was a caring and fun-loving person. Doris was a great wife and mother.
She is survived by her loving husband, Rafael Martinez; children Brittney Martinez, and Ryan Martinez; father Jose Morales; siblings Nancy Oquendo, Ivette Humphries, Cynthia Morrero, Johnny Morales and her two fur babies, Yankee and Zoey Martinez.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, September 20, 2021, at 2 pm, Crestlawn Cemetery, 1216 14th St., Vero Beach, FL To send flowers to the family or plant a tree in memory of Doris Maricel Martinez please visit our Tribute Store.

Doris was a very good friends of our family for many years. She was our neighbor as I was growing up. I will never forget all the great moments we shared with her. She was a great listener and always made us laugh. Doris my dear friends, although I haven't seen you in years, anytime we did see each other, it was like we NEVER missed a beat. You will forever be missed and loved. May you REST IN PEACE my beautiful friend
