It is with great sadness that i learned a day or so before Doris passed that she was not well. We were roommates a Guilford College in 1944. She always had a cheerful laugh for for everyone. It is all hard to comprehend. Alice Rohr

Dear Charlene, Laurie, Jean, F., and all your loved ones:
I am so sorry to hear about Doris passing away. She was one of the most influential women in my life, and a true friend to me. I loved her very much. May she be at rest now.
