Dorothea Evans Obituary
She is survived by her beloved husband of 50 years, Paul V. Evans; sister, Phyllis (Ralph) Timbush; children, Cynthia (late Larry) Richardson, Dominic Corirossi Jr., Frank Corirossi, Tammy (late Mark) Atterbury and Debra Evans; numerous grand & great grandchildren; several nephews; many dear friends; and beloved Doberman, Easy. She is predeceased by her parents; nephew, Christopher Timbush; granddaughter, Elizabeth Richardson; and several beloved Dobermans.
Memorial Mass held Monday September 2, 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, 1010 Ferguson Street, Rockford. Interment at Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family on Sunday September 1, 2024 from 2-4 pm at the Christenson Funeral Home, 925 3rd Avenue, Rockford. Cremation rites accorded. Memorials to the family.

Meeting her the first time for a family Thanksgiving gathering. She was such the hostess making a huge spread of food. Helped me feel so accepted and put a smile on a normally somber face.
